1. Sessions must be pre booked and paid in advance. 

2. Payment can be made in advance by online transfer. 

3. Booking in advance is needed to reserve you a place as spaces are limited and payment in advance is required to secure your sessions.

4. Pre booking and payment must be made a minimum of one week in advance of the session you wish to attend.

5. Discount is applied to monthly passes.  Sessions missed  without 24hr cancelation notice will not be carried over to the next month.

6. If you need to cancel a pre booked and paid session you can do this for free up to 24 hours before the session is due to start.  If you cancel within 24hours you will still be charged.

 Bfit What to expect...

At Bfit you will be motivated to push your mind and body through the burn to reach for the goals you've set out to achieve. Bfit offers a different type of workout session to what you normally expect, with different exercises and equipment each week you will see results quicker than before and have fun.


Bfit is a session designed for improving your overall fitness with the main aim of the session to improve core strength, you won't just be working your abs, but a variety of muscle groups that will all help to improve your overall fitness and strength.


Each and every week the sessios will be different with differnt peices of equipment being introduced to keep sessions challenging, fun and rewarding.

1 hour work out is just 4% of you day!
